
This global 700+ attorney firm needed a modern take on its brand that would reflect the expanding practice groups and enhanced industry focus.
The project impacted every aspect of the firm, including website redesign, new collateral and proposal templates, comprehensive content overhaul, building signage, and a revamp of internal processes to support the brand promise.
I worked with the CMO to define the project charter, evaluate and select the branding agency and web vendor, and manage the entire effort to completion.
