Before you can begin redesigning any website, you need to fully understand your audiences and the tasks they are trying to complete. Creating personas, customer journey maps, and face clouds are three excellent exercises that force you to think through these points and help you define the requirements for your new site. This pre-redesign review included auditing the existing information architecture and researching site analytics, user requirements, and the competitive landscape. 

As part of the global firm rebrand, we redesigned the website on an existing proprietary CMS (Saturno). The project included complete content rewrites for biographies and practices, new attorney photography, and integration with the experience system.

This project included significant up-front discovery including client research, analytics reviews, persona development, and customer journey mapping. The need to move to a responsive website led us to reconsider the underlying technology. After evaluating multiple platforms, we moved the site from a proprietary CMS to Drupal.
